Koffee with Karan 8 promo: Sara Ali Khan teases Ananya Panday about ‘Night Manager’ Aditya Roy Kapur, Liger actor says, ‘Aashiqui aise he hoti hai’

In the video, Karan Johar minces no words as he straight up goes for the big question, “You have ex boyfriends in common,” to which Sara Ali Khan replied, “That’s a very good start to the show.” The promo then cuts to Ananya Panday, who says, “Let’s address the ‘Liger’ in the room,” hinting at actor Vijay Deverakonda.

Ananya and Vijay featured in the movie Liger, where there were reports that the two were dating. The news came after Sara Ali Khan had said on the last season of the show that she wants to date the Arjun Reddy star.

The promo then shifts to Karan Johar as he asks a question to Sara Ali Khan during her rapid fire round. “One thing that Ananya has that you don’t,” Karan asks as Sara replies, “A Night Manager,” hinting at the show headlined by actor Aditya Roy Kapur. Aditya is rumoured to be dating Ananya, as the two have been spotted together multiple times over the last few months.

“How are you managing your nights, you are not getting Gumrah in love?” Karan teases Ananya, to which she replies, “Aashiqui aisi hi hoti hai but! Oh f*** stop talking!” referring to Aditya’s hit film Aashiqui 2.

The latest season of Koffee with Karan opened with Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s much-talked about episode, followed by the appearance of Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
