Janhvi Kapoor calls Vadodara road accident ‘appalling’: ‘Sick to my stomach’

In her latest Instagram post, actor Janhvi Kapoor reacted to the Vadodara road accident that killed woman, left seven injured.

Actor Janhvi Kapoor has expressed her anger at the Vadodara road accident which occurred earlier this week. A woman was killed and seven others were injured after a speeding car crashed into three two-wheelers and passersby in the posh Karelibaug area of Gujarat’s Vadodara late on Thursday night. Rakshit Chaurasia, who was driving the car, and his co-passenger Praanshu Chauhan, both reportedly students, have been arrested.

Calling it ‘enraging’ and ‘appalling’, the actor re-shared a video about the accident on her Instagram story and wrote, “This is appalling and enraging. Sick to my stomach about anyone thinking this kind of behavior is something they can get away with. Intoxicated or not.”

Janhvi Kapoor’s Instagram Story

In a video of the accident widely shared on social media, Rakshit Chaurasiya is purportedly seen stepping out of the damaged car at the accident spot. While Chauhan is purportedly seen trying to free himself from Chaurasiya’s grip and blaming the accident on him, Chaurasiya is heard repeating, “Another round”.

On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in the Telugu film Devara, alongside Jr NTR. She has Paran Sundari with Sidharth Malhotra and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Varun Dhawan and Sanya Malhotra in her kitty.
