Farhan Akhtar replaces Fawad Khan in ‘Battle For Bittora’

Fawad Khan, who was to be seen in 'Battle For Bitora', has backed out of the project. Reports are that Farhan Akhtar would replace the Pakistani actor.

After making an impressive debut with last year’s ‘Khoobsurat’, Fawad Khan was all set to star opposite Sonam Kapoor for the second time onscreen in ‘Battle For Bitora’. But now, reports say that the ‘Humsafar’ actor has backed out of the project.

According to a report published in DNA, Fawad was uncomfortable with a few intimate scenes in the script. Both parties tried working it out, but Fawad decided that he doesn’t want to be a part of the project.

It’s also being said the Farhan Akhtar, who has worked with Sonam in ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, would replace Fawad. The deal is currently being finalised and the official announcement shall be made soon.
