Ahead of the grand Kalki 2898 AD event that is being held in Mumbai on Wednesday, Deepika Padukone took to her Instagram handle to flaunt her baby bump in a black bodycon dress. The actor, who is one of the leads of Nag Ashwin’s film, took to her Instagram Stories to share a black and white photo of herself with all focus on her baby bump.
In the photo, the mom-to-be Bollywood star can be seen wearing a black dress paired with black heels and chunky jewellry. Apart from Instagram Story, Deepika also shared a bunch of photos on her Instagram feed. In the photos, Deepika can be seen laughing and holding her baby bump. The actress’ post was accompanied by a quirky caption, which read, “Okay enough…Now I’m hungry!”
Hours before the actress shared the photo, a video of her arriving at the event venue was shared online. In the video, Deepika can be seen dressed in a casual co-ord set.
Deepika Padukone, who is due in September, is all set to attend the grand event held in Mumbai on Wednesday. The grand pre-release event will also have veteran stars Prabhas and Kamal Haasan in attendance. Amitabh Bachchan is also likely to be in attendance. On Tuesday, Baahubali star Prabhas was spotted in the city. He was seen wearing an oversized t-shirt, sweats and a casual jacket for the trip. Meanwhile, veteran star Kamal Haasan arrived on Wednesday. Other cast members including Disha Patani are also expected to attend the mega event. The sci-fi film, reportedly made on a budget of Rs 600 crores, will hit the theatres on June 27.
In March, Deepika, along with her husband Ranveer Singh, shared her pregnancy news in a joint Instagram post. This was just before the couple went to Jamnagar to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash. The couple, who dated for a few years after their 2013 film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, tied the knot in November 2018. Almost after five years of their marriage, the couple is expecting their first child together.
