Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli guard their family’s privacy quite strictly but recently, the celebrity couple and their children – Vamika and Akaay – visited a spiritual leader where they were filmed. In the video, which is being shared by the social media handles of the spiritual leader Premanand Govind Sharan Ji Maharaj, the couple can be seen bowing down to him along with their kids. Vamika and Akaay’s faces have been blurred in this video.
The voice introducing them announces that the celebrity couple often listens to his satsang. As he asks them if they are happy, Virat nods in affirmation. Anushka then says, “When we came here the last time, I had a few questions on my mind and I thought I will ask those questions. But whosoever was sitting there, they had similar questions and they asked them. When we were making plans to visit here, I was asking you many questions in my mind. And the next day, I would find that people had already asked those questions.”
Towards the end of the video, Anushka asks the guru, “I just request you to give me Prem Bhakti.” The guru responds, “After getting so much, it is quite difficult to turn towards Bhakti.” The video ends with Anushka saying, “There is nothing above Bhakti.” The celebrity couple had previously visited the guru in 2023.
Virat was recently playing in the Border–Gavaskar Trophy and was criticised for his underwhelming performance. Anushka has been away from the movies isnce 2018’s Zero. She shot for Jhulan Goswami biopic Chakda Xpress but the film is yet to release. The actor has not taken up any projects in the last few years. She has also distanced herself from her production house.
