Amitabh Bachchan says grandson Agastya refused to stay in Mumbai, Suhana requests easy questions in KBC 15: ‘My dad has played your son’

In the upcoming episode of KBC 15, Amitabh Bachchan will narrate some funny anecdotes from Agastya Nanda's childhood as he will join him for the promotion of The Archies.

Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda appeared on Amitabh Bachchan's KBC 15 to promote The Archies.

Debutant actor Agastya Nanda will soon be seen on his grandfather and megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati 15. He will be promoting his debut film, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti’s The Archies during the show along with his co-stars Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja and Vedang Raina. During the episode, Big B will narrate some funny anecdotes from Agastya’s childhood, a glimpse of which was shared after Tuesday’s episode of the show.

The preview of Wednesday’s episode of KBC 15 had senior Bachchan sharing how Agastya once didn’t want to stay in Mumbai even for a minute and wanted to go to Delhi, where he lived with his parents, Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda.

Big B said, “Agastya’s parents had gone abroad for a trip and left him with us. I took him on a drive in Mumbai but from the moment he sat in the car, he started saying, ‘I want to go to Delhi.’ Somehow I managed to bring him back home but after some time I saw him carrying all his luggage on his shoulder. I asked him, ‘Agastya, what are you doing?’ He said, ‘I am going to Delhi.'”

Eventually, the actor had to call Shweta and Nikhil and tell them, “Your son wants to go to Delhi, come back as soon as possible.” As his grandfather shared the incident, Agastya couldn’t stop laughing.

Amitabh Bachchan also wrote on his blog about shooting for the episode with The Archies cast and his grandson Agastya. “work went as per schedule back to the grinding revolving seat of questioning and in the presence of celebrities that had home content .. a team of the young that has the newest entrant from the family – Agastya! The young think and behave differently .. this generation is a varied, impressive, aggressively potent in thought word and deed, human ..” Big B wrote.

He added, “the world for them looks so achievable at an age when we were finding out how the word needs to be spelt .. and that is what the generation after, not this, but the one after them shall be confronted with – one that we cannot imagine as this stage what it would conceivably be ..so best left to the left .. 🚩.”

Suhana Khan’s special request from Amitabh Bachchan

During the episode, Suhana Khan also requested Bachchan to ask her simpler questions since her father Shah Rukh Khan has often played his son on-screen. The senior actor was surprised at the request.

The Archies will premiere on Netflix on December 7.
