Alia Bhatt gives a glimpse into triple celebration with Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Sanjay Leela Bhansali: ‘Quick break from Love and War’s night shoots’

Alia also shared inside photos of Bhansali’s birthday bash. She wrote, “A quick break from night shoots to celebrate our director ✨ happy birthday magician sir (and happy 3 to our Gangu too) & lastly many many cheers and claps for @vickykaushal09 absolutely smashing the box office with chhaava!!! Chalo abhi party over … back to shoot 🤓.”

Vicky Kaushal also made a striking appearance at the event, dressed in an all-black ensemble. Sanjay Leela Bhansali opted for a classic black kurta paired with white pyjamas for the occasion. Later, Vicky was seen hugging Alia, Ranbir, and Bhansali before bidding them goodbye.

Vicky is currently basking in the success of his film Chhaava, which has crossed Rs 450 crore at the box office. While he was in Mumbai celebrating Bhansali’s birthday, his wife Katrina Kaif was attending the Kumbh Mela with his mother, Veena Kaushal. The New York actress took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam with her mother-in-law and performed puja at the ongoing mela.

Following the success of Chhaava, Vicky will next be seen in Bhansali’s Love and War. While both Ranbir and Alia have previously worked with Bhansali, this marks the first time Vicky will be starring in one of his films. Ranbir made his acting debut with Bhansali’s Saawariya, whereas Alia delivered a massive hit with Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Alia was last seen in Jigra, which she co-produced with Karan Johar. The film, however, failed to make a mark at the box office and received mixed reviews. Ranbir, on the other hand, was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, which was a massive box-office success. Apart from Love and War, Ranbir also has Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan in the pipeline.
