Alia Bhatt recently jetted off on a trip to London to attend the screening of her upcoming web series, Poacher. Stepping out in style, she graced the event in a stunning black velvet saree and pearl jewellery, exuding a retro charm. Accompanied by her mother, Soni Razdan, and sister, Shaheen Bhatt, the trio added to the glamour of the event.

Taking to her Instagram story, Alia shared pictures from the screening, offering fans a glimpse into the screening of Poacher. The pictures were quickly reposted by her fan accounts. Further adding to the excitement, she posted a series of photos with Shaheen, captioned “With my best, @shaheenb,” and a heartwarming image featuring Soni, Shaheen, and herself sitting together in the audience.

Alia also posed with her mother Soni and sister Shaheen for the photographers at the event.

Alia Bhatt is the executive producer of Poacher. It is backed by her production house Eternal Sunshine Productions. Created, written, and directed by International Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Richie Mehta, the web series features Nimisha Sajayan, Roshan Mathew, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya in pivotal roles.

The recently unveiled trailer offers a tantalising glimpse into the lush landscapes of Kerala, intertwined with CGI animals, before delving into the dark underbelly of poaching in India. With its poignant narrative, the series sheds light on the tragic reality of elephant poaching in India.

Poacher will stream on Amazon Prime Video on February 23.
