It comes as no surprise that Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been sharing glimpses of her rumoured relationship with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, best known for creating The Family Man. However, neither has officially confirmed or denied the relationship. While earlier posts offered only subtle hints, her latest Instagram update appears to mark a more open acknowledgment, as the actor shared pictures of herself hugging and posing with Raj.
At the launch of her perfume brand Secret Alchemist, Samantha was seen standing close to Raj, her arms around him as he held her by the waist. In other snapshots from the event, she posed with fellow attendees while Raj stood behind her. Tamannaah Bhatia was also seen in one of the photos. She wrote in the caption, “Surrounded by friends and family. Over the last year and a half, I’ve taken some of the boldest steps in my career. Taking risks, trusting my intuition, and learning as I go. Today, I’m celebrating the small wins.”
While Samantha Ruth Prabhu divorced actor Naga Chaitanya in 2021, Raj Nidimoru was previously married to Shyamali De, with the couple finalizing their divorce in 2022. Samantha and Raj previously collaborated on The Family Man 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny. Rumours of their romance intensified after she frequently shared pictures with him on Instagram, sparking speculation among fans. In fact, during Diwali last month, Samantha posted a celebratory update featuring Raj, who posed for pictures with her and her loved ones.

The pair have also been spotted together outside work. They were recently spotted leaving a gym together in Mumbai. Weeks earlier, Samantha shared a video from a Dubai trip that included a clip of her holding a man’s hand. While she did not reveal the identity or show the person’s face, fans quickly deduced it was Raj, further fueling speculation.
On the professional front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently working with Raj & DK on Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom, which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Jaideep Ahlawat. The series, now in production, is slated for a 2026 release. Meanwhile, Raj & DK’s The Family Man Season 3, featuring Manoj Bajpayee, Jaideep Ahlawat, and others, is scheduled to premiere on November 21.
