Pushpa 2: The Rule box office collection day 6: Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s film Pushpa 2: The Rule opened up to a great response at the box office. In fact, after passing with flying colors in the first four days, the film saw a massive drop in its numbers at the box office on Monday as the week kicked in. Pushpa 2: The Rule has reportedly earned Rs 1000 crore globally today. As per the makers, Pushpa 2 has become the fastest Indian film entering the coveted club.
At the domestic box office, Pushpa 2 is yet to earn Rs 650 crores. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh reported Pushpa 2’s Hindi box office collection. “‘PUSHPA 2’ IS AN UNSTOPPABLE FORCE… #Pushpa2 continues its triumphant run, remaining unshakable at the #BO…. The phenomenal weekday trends on Monday and Tuesday are an eye-opener, solidifying its #Blockbuster status. On the 6th day, Pushpa 2’s Telugu version earned Rs 11 crores. The Tamil version raked in Rs 2.5 crores, while Kannada earned Rs 0.4 crores, Malayalam also managed to collect just Rs 0.5 crores on Tuesday. On its first day, the action drama had earned more than Rs 150 crores. Surprisingly, the occupancy for the film’s Telugu version saw a spike. On Monday, the occupancy was 25.87 percent, on Tuesday, the film had an occupancy of 34.79 percent for its Telugu version. There was also a spike in the overall occupancy for Pushpa 2’s Hindi version. From 24.83 percent on Monday, the occupant rose to 38.76 percent on Tuesday.
With 580 shows, Pune has been leading the occupancy list with 50 percent, followed by Jaipur which had an occupancy of 49.50 percent with 253 shows. In Mumbai, the Allu Arjun film had an occupancy of 44 percent with 1318 shows, while Delhi NCR’s occupancy was 33.75 percent with 1683 shows. For the Hindi version, Pushpa 2 had the lowest occupancy in Kolkata. For the Telugu version, Mahbubnagar has had the highest occupancy of 79.50 percent with evening and night shows having 100 percent occupancy. The film’s Telugu version has seen its lowest occupancy of 6.25 percent in Delhi NCR.
Pushpa 2: The Rule has been directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. Other than Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna the film also stars Fahadh Faasil in an important role. This is the second installment in the Pushpa franchise which shows, Pushpa rising to power in the best way possible. Bhanwar Singh and Pushpa Raj’s rivalry finally ends on a sad note, however, Pushpa seems to have made new enemies for the third installment. At the end of the film, the makers announce that Pushpa will have a third part called Pushpa 3: The Rampage. As per reports, Vijay Deverakonda is supposed to be a part of it, however, latest speculations reveal that the third part of the film might get shelved.
