Hansika Motwani is obsessed with her branded bags and in a recent video, the actor showed off her collection of bags and said that all the bags in her collection were over Rs 1 lakh. Hansika showed off the many brands and shared the stories behind how she got her bags. The actor said that her mother finds her collection extravagant, she started “investing in bags” when she was 18 years old.
Hansika said that when she goes out for dinner with her husband Sohael Kathuriya, they get a table for three because her bag needs a separate chair. “My bag also needs a chair. If me and Sohael are going out for a date, table is for three, not for two,” she told Bollywood Hungama.
She also shared that she makes her husband sleep in another room if her bags need to “breathe.” “If I am going out of Bombay for a day, all the bags will be on my bed. I prefer my husband sleeping in another room but not on the same bed,” she said.
Hansika got married to Soheal in December 2022 and shared the journey of her wedding on the Disney+ Hotstar reality series Love Shaadi Drama. At the time, Hansika said that she wanted her fans to be a part of her wedding journey as they had seen her grow up in front of the camera from a very young age. She told indianexpress.com, “I have perpetually grown up in front of the audience. They have seen my journey and have been part of my life since I was eight. When I decided to be a bride I wanted them to witness it. And what better way than joining hands with Hotstar? It was just a way to invite them to my big day.”
While the actor admitted that her husband was uncomfortable with the idea, he gradually warmed up to the idea. “The cameras were a fly on the wall. They were around us but nothing was for the camera,” she said.
