Recently, it was announced that Nani is reuniting with his Dasara director Srikanth Odela for the latter’s sophomore film. Backed by Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas, the film was titled The Paradise, and it went on floors recently. Interestingly, there were also speculations that this project might be put on hold because Chiranjeevi had greenlit a script narrated by Srikanth. But what has come as a sweet surprise to everyone is that the official confirmation about the Chiranjeevi-Srikanth project came from Nani himself.

Nani, a self-confessed fan of Chiranjeevi, has often shared his love for the Megastar, and took to social media to reveal that he was presenting the project, which will be backed by The Paradise makers SLV Cinemas. He will be presenting the project under his Unanimous Productions banner. Sharing the announcement poster of the project, Nani wrote, “I grew up inspired by him. I stood in the lines for hours everytime. I lost my cycle. I celebrated him. Now I PRESENT HIM. It’s a full circle. UNLEASHING THE MEGASTAR MADNESS WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR. With my boy who dreamt this, Srikanth Odela.”

Sharing the poster, Chiranjeevi wrote, “Thrilled at this collaboration and looking forward to this one my dear Nani.” While Chiranjeevi is currently working on director Vassishta’s Vishwambhara, Srikanth is helming The Paradise with Nani. With the Jersey star also starring in HIT 3, there is no clarity about when the Chiranjeevi-Srikanth project will go on floors.

Interestingly, both the Chiranjeevi film and The Paradise have thematically similar posters with a reddish hue suggesting both would be bloody and violent films. If The Paradise was launched with the caption, “You don’t need an identity to be a leader,” the Chiranjeevi-Srikanth film features a hand dripping with blood and the caption, “He finds his peace in violence.”
