Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi shared his review for his brother Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘They Call Him OG‘ on his ‘X’ account. The film, which was released on September 25 to mixed reviews from audiences, received high praise from his brother Chiranjeevi. The actor wrote, “Watched #TheyCallHimOG with my whole family and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. A brilliantly made underworld gangster film on par with Hollywood standards, while keeping the right emotions intact. From beginning to end, the director extraordinarily conceived the film. Congratulations to Sujeeth.”

Chiranjeevi also added his appreciation for his younger brother Pawan Kalyan and the technical team behind the movie. “Felt so proud watching Kalyan Babu on screen. He made the film stand out with his swag and gave the fans the proper feast they’ve been waiting for.@MusicThaman poured his heart and soul into the music, @dop007 delivered excellent visuals, and the editing & artwork were super,” said Chiranjeevi.

Congratulations to Producer Danayya and the whole team.” According to industry tracker Sacnilk, they call him OG has already earned Rs. 147.60 crores with its domestic collections by the sixth day, having crossed the Rs 250 crore gross worldwide. The gangster drama is set around the power struggles between two influential families over a Mumbai port and has Pawan Kalyan play a last surviving samurai with special combat training, who returns to the scene after a brief hiatus. The film also stars Priyanka Mohan, Emraan Hashmi, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and Prakash Raj in other pivotal roles. They call him OG has been celebrated as the much-anticipated return to form for superstar Pawan Kalyan on the big screen.
