While most fan wars in Tamil and Telugu states happen online with people resorting to an ugly discourse to offend the other party, an incident in Bengaluru has shown what happens when such fights get real. A video has gone viral on social media, where a bunch of Allu Arjun fans can be seen thrashing a guy and forcing him to say ‘Jai Allu Arjun’.
A user shared the video online and complained to the Bengaluru Police, which promptly replied with a promise of necessary action.

The brawl happened near KR Puram in the city. In the video, a group of individuals is seen assaulting a man and demanding him to chant ‘Jai Allu Arjun’ to stop the thrashing. It is unknown what sparked the fight, but the victim is seen bleeding with severe injuries on his face. Unconfirmed reports state that the victim is a fan of Prabhas, and the fight was due to their differences.
Over the years, many such fights have been reported across the Southern states, with little to no response from the stars. Allu Arjun is yet to react to the incident.
He is currently focused on his upcoming film, Pushpa: The Rule, which is being shot in Visakhapatnam. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel features Allu Arjun alongside Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is about the ascent of a daily laborer named Pusha in the underworld of redwood smuggling. Pushpa: The Rise is set to be released on August 15, 2024. Allu Arjun is next teaming up with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Animal and Arjun Reddy fame for a pan-Indian project.
