In the first scene of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Sanchi visits Bhalla house to hand over some notes to Ishita where she encounters Mihika and Romi. He get a shock when he sees Sanchi. Romi follows Sanchi to her home and investigates if she is doing it deliberately to blackmail him.
After coming from movies, Ruhi asks Pihu how did she like it and they discuss the film. Then Pihu reminds Raman of his promise to make choco chip cookies for her. Ishita offers help but Raman says he wants to make them alone. He messes up by mixing the recipe of cookies and apple pie and gets disheartened while Ishita encourages him to try again.
Next we see Mihir and Alia coming to Bhalla house and Ishita tying Rakhi on Mihir’s hand. Ishita teases Alia after seeing the glow on her face. However, Alia says she is not sure if he likes her too and once she is sure, she will first and foremost tell Ishita. Alia helps Ishita with her studies while Ruhi is helping Raman with cookies.
In the next scene, Pihu is seen enjoying the cookies. Raman and Ishita are seen sharing a caring moment where they appreciate each other for their role reversal.
Next scene shows Ishita waking up at 3 am for studies and Raman helping her in making Pihu’s scrap book. Both of them help out each other and encourage each other by appreciating their efforts after the role reversal.
Raman tells Ishita about her responsibilities at office and Ishita starts panicking. Raman then assures Ishita that she will do well. Ishita also tells Raman how she feels so good with Alia as if she is her best friend and that Alia has told her that she is in love, which Raman assumes to be with Aadi.
