CarDekho co-founder and CEO Amit Jain, who is a judge on Shark Tank India, has answered some interesting questions about the business reality show. Amit, who claimed that his favorite reality show is Shark Tank India, revealed who is the ‘funniest shark’.
OYO founder Ritesh Agarwal dropped a new video on YouTube featuring Amit. Ritesh asked Amit, “Who is the funniest shark?” Amit immediately said, “Aman Gupta.” Amit was also asked who he would like to bring in as ‘sharks’ in the next season. He answered, “I love the Zerodha founders.”
During an AMA session on Reddit, citing heir cold behaviour towards each other on Shark Tank India, a user had asked Amit Jain if he had any beef with Aman Gupta. Amit replied, “No beef, I am a vegetarian, as everybody knows!”
For the unversed, Amit Jain and Aman Gupta had an argument over a business pitch. Aman had said, “Aapka toh bahut naam kharab hai market mein (You don’t have a good reputation in the market).” Amit replied, “Mera toh bahut hi acha hai, pucho founders se (I have a good reputation, ask the founders).”
During the AMA on Reddit, Amit was also asked about the ‘sharks’ arguing off camera. He had replied, “The rules of nature say that sharks have a tendency to bite! If you know, you know.”
Opening about his favourite sharks, the CEO had said, “On a serious note, favourites are: Peyush, Ritesh (Agarwal) and Azhar (Iqubal). Least favourite: Itna toh aapko pata lag gaya hoga (You must know by now).”
