The first lady was executed. Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) was unable to save her. The assailants have shut off all network services in the blocks around the summit and that only makes tasks difficult for Alex. Hostages were lined up against the windows of the building, kept as human shields from bullets.
The second episode probably dropped a few hints that Alex was soon to be surrounded by evidence that might falsely frame her as one of the attackers again. Firstly, no one knows she in inside the building and the only witness who knew she was trying the save everyone was killed. Things are definitely not going to turn out great for Alex Parrish.

While dealing with the present mess, we go back a year when Alex and Ryan secretly spend their times in bed together at a safe house, the leaked images of which made rounds on the internet recently. Amidst their romance, an unknown number calls Alex asking her to deliver within 10 minutes and somehow she is convinced that Miranda is on her way. Miranda needs to be briefed on Ryan and Alex’s co-recruits to see which are most likely to be enlisted by Instructor Hall for his agenda since she does not have access to them. They come to know that they will share the same mission but on different teams. Soon they will be recruited different handlers.

During a yoga class, we come to know that not just Alex, but everyone is being watched. Even the one who is watching them. Hence they proceed to learn how to be invisible. And amidst this Alex comes to learn from an instructor named Angie, that she is the last recruit who still needs to set up their agency bank account. Alex hasn’t heard of this bank account.
Suspiciously, Dayana is always seen on phone. She carries a worried expression on her face practically through out the show and seems to be distracted during assignments.
Meanwhile, when Alex goes to set up her bank account she realises she was being watched too. However, what she fails to realise, the main trigger has been walking and flirting along with her all this while. With many interactions, we come to know that Alex is a true American hero but none of which has been explained yet.

The time jumps in the second episode has been comparatively less confusing. The final scene of Quantico leaves with many questions. Is Alex being framed again or is someone in mask actually a help?
All we know that Alex works the best when she is under pressure. We sure hope she can pass this one.
