With a limited number of episodes, a mini-series stands between a movie and a long TV show with just enough number of episodes to depict a storyline that ends with the season.
In a bid to introduce Indian viewers to such a concept, Star World Premiere HD will telecast one award-winning and critically acclaimed mini-series each month as part of its property ‘Mini-series’.
It will start from August 6 with “Angels in America”. The series revolves around social, sexual, religious and other issues faced by Americans back in 1980.
