After seven dramatic weeks, Bigg Boss Season 19, hosted by Salman Khan, has seen an unexpected eviction. Screenwriter and actor Zeishan Quadri has bid farewell to the show, leaving fans stunned. Known for his memorable role in Gangs of Wasseypur, Zeishan had earned a reputation as one of the show’s most composed and intelligent players.
On Bigg Boss 19, Zeishan Quadri played a strong game. While he was outspoken and unafraid to voice his opinions, he remained one of the most unbiased contestants on the show. His rapport with Gaurav Khanna and his honest, clear approach to resolving issues in the house were widely appreciated. In fact, Salman had rarely been critical of Zeishan’s game during his feedback.
Known for his one-liners and his fun side, Zeishan Quadri was also good friends with Amaal Mallik, Baseer Ali, Tanya Mittal, and Shehbaz Badeshah.
Ahead of entering the show, Zeishan had told SCREEN in an exclusive interview, “After taking a break of a year and a half from writing, I thought this was the right time to get into a platform like this. It’s India’s number one reality show. The kind of audience I have had has been very niche, but after being on this show, my mass following will increase. The makers are very old and good friends of mine; they know me well. They have been pushing me for the last two years. In 2022 and 23, I was offered Bigg Boss. They said the show is meant for me, but I was occupied at that time. However, this year it just felt right.”
Along with Zeishan Quadri, Pranit More, Neelam Giri, Baseer Ali, Ashnoor Kaur, and Mridul Tiwari were also nominated for eviction. Last week, Awez Darbar was evicted from Bigg Boss 19.
