Celebrity Masterchef has entered its fourth week and the challenges have ramped up. In the last week, contestants battled some difficult tasks after which Dipika Kakar, Usha Nadkarni, Ayesha Jhulka, and Faisu landed in the black apron challenge. Failing in the final challenge for the week, actress Ayesh Jhulka was evicted from the show. Popularly known for her role in Jo Jeet Wohi Sikander, Ayesha entered Celebrity Masterchef as a wild card contestant in the second week.

This week has been quite difficult for Ayesha on the show. Even in the blind-wall challenge, Ayesha’s dish was criticized by the judges Farah Khan, and chefs Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna. Despite preparing a great dish in the team challenge on Thursday, Ayesha landed in the danger zone as her team got fewer votes than the other team. Comedian Chandan Prabhakar and singer Abhijeet Sawant were evicted from the show before Ayesha.
Other than Ayesha, actress Dipika Kakar Ibrahim is also reportedly quitting the show due to health reasons. She missed a few shows this week as she was unwell. She later revealed that she developed lymph nodes close to her left shoulder and was on medication. A few weeks before that, Dipika suffered a muscle injury.
After Ayesha’s eviction from the show, other contestants who will compete in the race are Rajiv Adatia, Tejasswi Prakash, Gaurav Khanna, Archana Gautam, Nikki Tamboli, Kabita Singh, Mr Faisu, and Usha Nadkarni. A new wild card entry is also expected to enter the show in the coming week. Celebrity Masterchef airs on Sony TV every Monday to Friday at 8 pm.
