Ankita Lokhande on her sister-like bond with Kangana Ranaut: ‘She was very worried after seeing whatever was going in Bigg Boss 17 house’

Ankita Lokhande said, “Actually maine and Kangana ne kabhi socha nahi tha ki hum itne close ho jayegage but jab hum Manikarnika pe mile, jab Kangana ne actually mujhe direct karna chalu kiya tab se hamara wo foundation aur strong banta gaya (Actually, I and Kangana never thought that we would become so close but when we met on the sets of Manikarnika, when Kangana actually started directing me, that made our foundation stronger).”

Ankita added, “Kangana aur meri kahani aise kuch hai nahi but woh hamesha dekh k mujhe bolti hai, ‘Yaar ye toh hamare jaise hai, yaar pagal, ekdum pagal.’ I think wo vibe hai meri aur Kangana ki jo bhout ache se match karti hai. (There is nothing special about Kangana and my story, but every time we meet, she says ‘Ankita is like me. She is crazy, very crazy.’ I think Kangana’s vibe and mine match perfectly).”

Ankita Lokhande also shared that Kangana Ranaut kept in touch with her mother while she was in the Bigg Boss 17 house.

The Bigg Boss 17 finalist shared, “I want to say this, mai Bigg Boss me thi, tab bhi Kangana me meri mumma se baat ki. And jo bhi meri life me chal raha tha, she was very worried about everything.”

Ankita added that Kangana had an hour-long chat with her after she came out of the Bigg Boss house and gave her tips on how she should handle things now.

“Kal meri koi interview dekh ke, she messaged me, ‘This is how I want to see Ankita. I am very proud of you.’ Mujhe Kangana hamesha motivate kiya hai (Kangana has always motivated me),” the actor said.

Ankita Lokhande made it to the Bigg Boss Season 17 finale, but Munawar Faruqui took home the trophy.
