Tamil composer Santhosh Narayanan has announced a collaboration with Ed Sheeran, Hanumankind, and Dhee. It all began when Santhosh teased the collaboration on X, writing, “Major GLOBAL Collaboration ALERT. Watch this space in the next hour or so !!!. Crazy guesses welcome.” His post sparked widespread speculation among fans, with names such as Coldplay, Drake, and Justin Bieber circulating online. Narayanan later confirmed the collaboration on X, putting an end to the speculation.
His tweet read, “Ed Sheeran – Dhee – HanumanKind – Santhosh Narayanan. Proud to have produced and performed this one (sic).” This marks a continuation of Ed Sheeran’s collaborations with Indian artistes following his song “Sapphire”, where he worked alongside Arijit Singh.
The artistes have not yet shared further details about their upcoming collaboration.
Following the global chartbuster “Big Dawgs,” rapper Hanumankind made his acting debut in Malayalam cinema with Rifle Club, where he also performed the hit track “Killer on the Loose.” Singer Dhee, known for her collaborations with her father Santhosh Narayanan, has delivered several chart-topping numbers, including “Enjoy Enjaami,” “Rowdy Baby,” and “Muthu Mazhai.” Narayanan recently composed the soundtrack for Suriya and Karthik Subbaraj’s Retro.
