Much appreciated for her electro-rock music band Shaa’ir + Func, Monica Dogra who was last seen in Dhobi Ghat will be seen on the silver screen once again in ad-film-maker Sabal Singh Sheikhawat’s Fireflies.
Talking about Fireflies, who is paired opposite Arjun Mathur, Dogra says, “We shot the film in Thailand. It is very layered and has important conversations on love and the
intricacies that lie therein. Everyone involved in the project became inseparable and my heart broke a little when the shooting ended. I really pray that the audiences like this film. ”
The film, that also features Rahul Khanna and releases on October 31.
