Although Thudarum still trails behind Mohanlal’s own L2: Empuraan, it marks his second major box office success of 2025 — signaling a strong comeback after a series of underwhelming performances since Lucifer in 2019. The film has been widely praised as one of India’s finest revenge thrillers in recent times.
