Rajesh Keshav, 49, Malayalam actor and TV host, in critical state after suffering cardiac arrest during an event

As per The Hindu, the hospital authorities authorities said, “His condition remains critical, and anything about his recovery can be confirmed only after the next 72 hours.” Jayalakshmi also mentioned on Facebook that due to the cardiac arrest, Keshav’s brain is suspected to have received a mild damage.

“We’ve realised now that what he needs the most to come back to life is our love and prayers. The one who used to electrify the stage with his performance now lies still, relying on machines. It’s heartbreaking. But we know he will come back-if we all come together and hold him in our thoughts. He must return. He will return. Please come back, my dearest buddy,” he added in his post.

Besides his work as a television host, Keshav is also known for his acting roles in the Malayalam movies Beautiful (2011), Trivandrum Lodge (2012), Hotel California (2013), Nee-Na (2015), and Thattum Purath Achuthan (2018). He’ll be next seen in Odu Vadakkan Therottam and Shero. As a TV presenter, he’s shared the stage with some of the most renowned names of Indian cinema, including Tamannaah Bhatia, Mohanlal,  Sanjay Dutt, Trisha Krishnan, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, and Rashmika Mandanna.
