The film is based on the real life Dunkirk evacuation from the French coast, which was one of the biggest operations of the Second World War.

While the name of Styles’ character is yet to be revealed, he was seen wearing a brown military jacket atop an olive shirt and also sported a bloody bandage at one point, indicating he his character could be one of the 338,000 troops evacuated from Dunkirk.

“Dunkirk” is set to release next year.
