UTV Spotboy’s Paan Singh Tomar created waves when it released, with the audience and critics alike praising the film. However, here’s another reason for the makers to sing with joy as the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Ambika Soni, requested director Tigmanshu Dhulia for a special screening of the film.

The film will be screened for her tomorrow March 14 in Delhi. While commenting on the same,Ronnie Screwvala – Managing Director,The Walt Disney Company India said,”Paan Singh Tomar continues UTV’s commitment to relevant yet commercial cinema. Not many Studios or Individuals in India would back the movies we back and then market and promote them worldwide. We are very heartened with the Box Office and the critical acclaim the film has got and we think it is an Oscar contender,no less. It is thus apt that the I & B Ministry arranged this screening and we are very proud of the recognition that the Ministry and Ambika ji has given to our work and commitment.”
