Virat Kohli reveals once he would take over the dance floor at parties after two drinks, Anushka Sharma says now they go to bed at 9:30 pm

Actor Anushka Sharma might be a professional entertainer in cinema but according to her, it is her cricketer husband Virat Kohli who can steal the show on any dance floor. During the red carpet of recently held Indian Sports Honours, Virat also revealed that back in the day when he used to consume alcohol, he would takeover the dance floor.

In an interview with Star Sports, when asked who is likely to steal the show on dance floor, Anushka pointed at Virat, who looked surprised at getting the compliment from his actor-wife. Anushka said, “He loves singing and dancing.”

Adding to this Virat said, “I don’t drink anymore but pehle party my ghus ke agar 2 drink ho gayi to phir yes (I don’t drink anymore but earlier once I had consumed two drinks at a party, then yes). Takeover to a point where don’t want me there. I don’t care then 2-3 drink ke baad (I don’t care after 2-3 drinks). Not anymore though. This is back in the day.”

While playing a fun game, the couple was asked who is there 3am friend and both of them pointed at each other. Anushka said, “If either of us is awake at 3am then we call but we don’t want to be awake at 3am. We sleep very early, so we have no interest in being awake at 3am.” She said they are in bed by 9:30 pm, joking that it is already past their bedtime.

The red carpet entertainment ended with Virat doing the famous Naatu Naatu step from SS Rajamouli’s film RRR. The song titled Naatu Naatu recently won an Oscar award in the Best Original song category.

During the same award night, Anushka also revealed that he admired Virat’s memory and this was one of the first few things about which got her attention. She said, “One of the things which I was very impressed before we started dating ki iski memory bohot achi hai (His memory is really good). This will really help me.”
