Vikrant Massey recently visited the Art of Living ashram in Bengaluru, accompanied by his wife Sheetal Thakur and their son Vardaan. During the visit, the actor also met spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Interestingly, Hina Khan and her boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal, along with Priyanka Chopra’s mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, also spent the weekend at the ashram. Both Sheetal and Hina shared several glimpses of their visit on social media.
Sheetal took to Instagram to share several moments from the family’s meeting with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. In one photo, the spiritual leader is seen offering a toy to Vikrant’s son. Other pictures show the couple immersing themselves in the ashram’s culture—petting elephants, feeding cows, and embracing the serene atmosphere. Sheetal also included a photo with Hina and Rocky.
Along with the photo dump, Sheetal Massey wrote in the caption, “Left the world behind for a while and found stillness in its purest form. A few days at the ashram and my soul feels lighter. Can’t thank the entire team of the ashram enough for showering us with so much love, warmth and grace. This truly felt like homecoming. #artoflivingcentrebangalore ‘Where time slowed and the breath spoke.'”
On the other hand, Hina Khan, who is currently battling breast cancer, also shared several group photos featuring Vikrant Massey, Sheetal Thakur, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Dr. Madhu Chopra, and other friends. Among the highlights was an adorable moment where her boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal is seen kissing her on the cheek. In her caption, Hina reflected on how everyone visits the ashram for different “callings and reasons.”
It read, “We all had different reasons to be there, we all had different callings. But once we got together, it was like a big family. We learned how to meditate, we learned how to activate our inner peace and power, we also unlearned the old ways and undid the old shackles. We enjoyed with each other, grew with each other and became friends with each other.”
While Madhu Chopra and Hina Khan visited the ashram for personal reasons, Vikrant Massey’s visit comes ahead of his next project, White, in which he is set to portray spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The film is a collaboration between director Siddharth Anand and producer Mahaveer Jain. According to reports, Vikrant will undergo a significant transformation for the role, with the film set to go on floors in July.
