Jungle Book’s U/A certification has bamboozled many in the country. More so after Pahlaj Nihalani issued his reason behind certifying the children’s film U/A. As per Nihalani, the 3D effects are so scary that kids need parental guidance to watch.
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana too felt shocked after learning about the movie receiving a U/A certification. Speaking at Gima awards, Ayushmann said, “It’s unbeliveable. I don’t know what’s the criteria behind the certification. May be it is because of the 3D images of Bhageera and Sherkhan bouncing off the screen. But I guess these days kids are used to reading story books and watching Captain America and after all these are animated films.”
Nevertheless, despite the U/A certificate, the actor felt buzz would be huge for the film among kids and revealed that he himself used to eagerly await its arrival on television in his childhood days.
