The frenzy around the upcoming horror-thriller Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 seems to be intensifying with each passing day. Now, actor Kartik Aaryan has added to the already heightened curiosity among the fans of the franchise and netizens by revealing who the mystery girl in the third instalment of the film is! Turns out netizens had guessed it right. It is indeed Triptii Dimpri who is entering the franchise. “The thrills and chills intensify with the addition of Animal actress Triptii Dimri on board,” read the poster, unveiling Bulbul-fame Triptii’s face. “Welcome to the world of Bhool Bhulaiyaa @tripti_dimri,” wrote Kartik.
Earlier in the day, as soon as Kartik, aka Rooh Baba, shared a cryptic Instagram post about the film, the internet got into a guessing game. He shared two pictures, which are part of a puzzle. The first one reveals only half the face of the leading lady in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, with “A smile that instills terror in hearts” written on it. “Solve kijiye is Bhool Bhulaiyaa ko #Bb3MysteryGirl #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 #Diwali2024,” he captioned the post.
Kartik teased fans with the glimpse of the mystery girl in a series of Instagram post before finally revealing her face:
Further teasing the audience, Kartik shared the second post which revealed only the “haunting” eyes of the mystery girl. Kartik wrote, “Kaafi galat answers aa rahe hain. Vaapas guess kijiye. #Bb3MysteryGirl #WrongAnswersOnly #BhoolBhulaiyaa3.”
Fans are in a heated debate, with many convinced it’s Triptii Dimri based on the resemblance and her recent successes after her stint with Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal. In the second installment of the film, Kiara starred opposite Kartik. The film also featured Tabu in a double role.
Recently, Kartik confirmed Vidya Balan will reprise her iconic ‘OG Manjulika’ role, making fans dream of a complete Bhool Bhulaiyaa reunion. Helmed by director Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will hit theaters on Diwali this year. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Akshay Kumar won’t be joining the rest of the cast for the third sequel.
