“Yes, the film is confirmed and is been commissioned by Rajya Sabha TV. Research has been going on since six months and is still on,” Dhulia said in a statement.

The plot will revolve around the joint court martial of Col. Prem Sahgal, Col. Gurubaksh Singh Dhillon and Maj. Gen. Shahnawaz Khan.
