The excitement surrounding Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s upcoming film, Tiger 3, has reached an all-time high. Advance booking for the film began on November 4, and the number of tickets that have been sold already serves as a testament to the immense craze surrounding the spy thriller. Despite the limited availability of advance booking in select cities across the country, industry tracker Sachnilk reports that approximately 33,090 tickets have already been sold and the earnings of the film have crossed the Rs 1 crore mark.
Sharing data from national multiplex chains, trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on X, “#Xclusiv… ‘TIGER 3’ AT NATIONAL CHAINS… Tickets sold for Sun [Day 1]… #Tiger3 advance bookings start off on a thunderous note. ⭐️ #PVRInox: 20,000 ⭐️ #Cinepolis: 3,800 ⭐️ Total: 23,800.”
He wrote, “#Xclusiv… ‘TIGER 3’ ZABARDAST START… ⭐️ #PVRInox: 7,500 tickets [Sun] sold ⭐️ #Delite – #Delhi: 2,800 tickets ⭐️ #Prasads – #Hyderabad: 1,470 [Sun] ⭐️ Other properties in #Hyderabad turn #Orange within hours [Sun] Imagine, full-fledged advance bookings are yet to start, but #Salmania is clearly evident. #Tiger3.”
Earlier, Salman Khan shared insights into his character, Avinash ‘Tiger’ Singh Rathore, in the film. He emphasized that the action in Tiger 3 is raw, realistic, and spectacular. Khan stated, “What I love about the Tiger franchise is that the hero is presented as the larger-than-life Hindi film hero who can take on an army of people with his bare hands. He is ok to shed blood and still keep standing till everyone around him is finished.”
The actor added, “The heroism (of Tiger) is in him taking the challenge head on and not back down just as a real-life tiger would do when he hunts his prey. My character, Tiger, will never retreat from a fight. He will never give up till he is breathing and he will be the last man standing for his country.”
Tiger 3 is scheduled to release on Diwali, November 12.
