Apart from being an actor, Suniel Shetty is also an entrepreneur, who uses LinkedIn for sharing motivational posts. In his latest video, the Bollywood actor opened up about the importance of having a schedule and being consistent.
In the video, Suniel shared how success comes only from being consistent. He added that he believes in having a healthy life. Suniel mentioned how he wakes up at 5 am every morning, giving him a good four-five hours before he gets to work. “A lot happens at that time and it’s the best part of my day. These hours are really really precious to me. I get mental clarity, I am peaceful. I practise yoga and also do breathing exercises that time,” he shared.
Suniel Shetty added he also works out at the gym without his phone and then spends time with his mother, wife and children, and also plays with his pets. The actor said his routine is behind his good health and positive approach toward life. He added that it also gives him control over time and how to shape his own routine.
Suniel Shetty also penned a note with the video which read:
“In a world that constantly demands our attention and pulls us in a thousand different directions, finding a sense of control and balance can seem like such a challenge.
One way to conquer this challenge can be starting your day early and building a routine that prioritises time for yourself and your loved ones. It’s worked for me beautifully over the years.
Today success is associated with external achievements and accolades. However, true success, in my books, is a product of daily habits and consistency.
I’ve always loved waking up before the world awakens, before the chaos of the day sets in. Those precious hours create so much potential – a time with no distractions and absolute clarity.
I know so many people who do their best work in the quiet of the night, and I’m absolutely sure that each has their own benefits. Although in my case, I’ve felt the transformative impact of embracing the morning hours and creating intentional habits.”
On the work front, Suniel Shetty was last seen in the web series Hunter. He is currently filming for Hera Pheri 3.
