After an intimate wedding, Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have jetted off for their honeymoon. The Dabangg actor recently shared glimpses of her romantic getaway with Zaheer.

Sonakshi took to her Instagram Stories to share photos from the honeymoon. The first image showcases a tranquil setting where the couple is seen dipping their feet in the pool. In another picture, the newly married couple poses for the camera as they enjoy drinks and each other’s company in the pool. Another photo shows them sharing a romantic moment, taking in the breathtaking city view. Though Sonakshi has shared photos from her honeymoon, she hasn’t disclosed the location of their holiday.

Zaheer Iqbal also shared a fun moment from their honeymoon. He posted a video of Sonakshi Sinha laughing heartily. In the caption, Zaheer admitted that although she was initially angry and wanted to shout at him, he quickly turned the situation around and made her laugh instead. He also shared a meme of a couple gaining weight after marriage.

Earlier today, Sonakshi Sinha’s father and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha thanked prominent personalities for their congratulatory messages on his daughter’s wedding. He described Sonakshi and Zaheer as a ‘made for each other couple’. Shatrughan wrote, “Thanking everyone for their blessings love & warm congratulatory messages. But most touched to have received extremely heartwarming affectionate wishes from most learned, intellectual par excellence the great Arun Shourie elder brother, statesman Yashwant Sinha & of course the most deserving, Magsaysay Award winner Ravish Kumar for the ‘made for each other’ couple Sonakshi Sinha & Zaheer Iqbal.” As if to hammer home the point he was making, he concluded his tweet with the hashtag, “#SinhaParivar.”

Sonakshi and Zaheer tied the knot on June 23 at the actor’s Bandra home in Mumbai, with close friends and family in attendance.
