Days after welcoming his daughter with Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra was spotted offering prayers at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple, accompanied by his mother, Rimma Malhotra.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani started a new chapter of their lives as they welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on July 16. Since then, the couple has maintained a low profile and even requested the paparazzi not to click their photos and to give them privacy. Days after the birth of his daughter, Sidharth was seen offering prayers at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple. He was accompanied by his mother, Rimma Malhotra.

The actor visited the temple to seek blessings for his newborn and their family. In the videos from the temple, the Student of the Year star is seen dressed casually in a blue kurta paired with black denims, with a saffron shawl draped around his neck. He offered prayers at the temple alongside his mother.

On July 16, Sidharth and Kiara had shared the news of welcoming their baby girl on social media. Their post read, “Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a baby girl,” the note read.

A few days after announcing the arrival of his daughter, Sidharth also shared another note requesting the paparazzi to give him and his growing family privacy and to refrain from photographing their newborn. The note read, “We’re so grateful for all the love and wishes; our hearts are truly full. As we take our first steps into this new journey of parenthood, we hope to enjoy it intimately as a family. It would mean a lot to us if this special time could stay private. So, No Photos Please, Only Blessings! Thank you for your support.”

Sidharth and Kiara are following the practice adopted by other star couples—Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, and Rani Mukerji-Aditya Chopra—by keeping their daughter away from the limelight. The couple had tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on February 7, 2023.

On the work front, Kiara’s next release is the highly anticipated War 2, co-starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Sidharth will next be seen opposite Janhvi Kapoor in Param Sundari.
