Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has undergone a minor surgery after he met with an accident in Los Angeles, US. The actor was in the US for a shoot where he ended up hurting his nose, according to a report in ETimes.
Shah Rukh, who is currently awaiting the release of his next Jawan, was shooting for a project when the incident occurred. According to a source quoted by the publication, Khan began bleeding after he hurt his nose and was immediately rushed to a hospital.
The doctors reportedly informed his team that there was nothing to worry and he was required to undergo a minor surgery to stop the bleeding. “Post the operation, SRK was spotted with a bandage on his nose and is now back in the country, recuperating at home,” the report further read. SRK’s rep ‘have not commented after Indian Express reached out to them.
Fans of the superstar took to Twitter and sent their good wishes to the actor for his speedy recovery. “Get Well Soon @iamsrk sir Jaldi Se Thik ho Jao Aap Phir Se #Jawan main Mausam bigadne vala hai #SRKians #SRK𓃵 #SRKian.”
Many of the actor’s fans wrote “get well soon King” tweets. “I hope it was not serious and he is fine now. Touchwood. Prayers,” another added. The Shah Rukh Khan Chennai fan page also tweeted that the actor was doing fine. “Hi All, Sir Is Fine And Doing Good… “
The superstar will be next seen in Jawan, also starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Helmed by Atlee, known for his blockbuster Tamil films, Jawan will mark Shah Rukh Khan’s second screen appearance this year after Pathaan.
Produced by Shah Rukh’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment, and Gauri Khan, Jawan will reportedly feature the actor in a double role and also feature guest appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
