Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s previous film Pathaan broke records and caused a stir at the box office. The actor is now gearing up for his next release, titled Jawan, directed by Atlee. Ever since the film has been announced, fans have been intrigued about it. Recently, SRK amped up the excitement of his fans as he revealed the date when the trailer of Jawan will be released.
Taking to his Twitter handle, SRK shared a new motion poster of Jawan. Along with it, he wrote, “Main punya hoon ya paap hoon?… Main bhi aap hoon… #JawanPrevueOn10July Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu.”
The fans wished him luck for the upcoming release. One of them wrote, “Phenomenal, you are as well extraordinarily talented. Deeply loved and respected for the gentle, passionate, forthcoming man , also a force to be reckoned with. Anxiously waiting which persona/s will come forth in the character you will portray in #Jawan.”
Another wrote, “Ready for it..another blockbuster loading.” One of them added, “Another Mega Blockbuster Loading 🔥🔥❤️❤️.”
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted a U/A certificate to the trailer of Jawan. This means that the trailer is suitable for public viewing without any restrictions but with parental guidance advised for children under 12. According to CBFC’s official website, the duration of the Jawan trailer is 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
Jawan also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. SRK had earlier confirmed, via an AMA session on Twitter, that Sethupathi is the antagonist of the film.
In an interview with PTI, Sethupathi said, “I had a good time working on Jawan with Atlee and Shah Rukh sir. He (Khan) is a gentleman, he will never show that I am in the industry for so many years and I am the superstar. I was very comfortable with him and he is very sweet.”
Jawan will release in theatres on September 7.
