Dono, which marks the debut of Sunny Deol’s younger son Rajveer Deol and Poonam Dhillon’s daughter Paloma Thakeria besides Sooraj Barjatya’s son Avnish, had a special screening last night in Mumbai. While the film released in theatres on October 5, the celebration of the film witnessed many who’s who of the industry.
Salman Khan not only attended the screening of the film, he also took to social media to share a special wish for this young team. Salman shared a photo that features director Sooraj Barjatya, his son Avnish Barjatya, Salman Khan, Rajveer Deol, Paloma Dhillon, Sunny Deol, and Poonam Dhillon. Salman also shared a video clip of himself as he arrived at the event.
“Hope this film #Dono does for inn teeno Rajveer, Paloma and Avnish what it did for hum teeno Sooraj, Bhagyashree and me,” wrote Salman. The actor was referring to the film Maine Pyar Kiya.
Salman Khan was seen attending the screening in an all-black outfit.
Not only Salman, but Aamir Khan also attended the night and had his son Junaid Khan by his side. Aamir hugged Salman and they posed together along with Junaid. Bobby Deol was also seen arriving with his wife Tanya Deol and son Aryaman Deol.
Neil Nitin Mukesh, who also attended the Dono screening, shared via Instagram, “Heartiest congratulations to dear Sooraj sir , my darling @avnish.barjatya , the very dashing #rajveerdeol, the gorgeous and my dearest @palomadhillon and @officialjiostudios for the Grand Launch of DONO.”
Sunny Deol was seen with both his sons, Dono star Rajveer Deol and Karan Deol.

The film Dono stars Rajveer Deol as Dev, who has been in love with his best friend but could never express his feelings and seeks closure as he reaches her wedding venue.
