New parents Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have recently rented an apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. The couple rented the house for Rs 7 lakh per month. The apartment is located in Prabhadevi, a locality that provides connectivity to both the Western and Central suburbs, as well as key roadway such as the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link.
The rental property is an addition to another apartment the actress owns in the same project, Beau Monde Towers. The project offers 2, 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments. The apartment’s locality, Prabhadevi, is renowned for its proximity to several iconic landmarks, such as the famed Siddhivinayak Temple, which attracts thousands of devotees every day. The area is also close to attractions like Dadar Beach, and Phoenix Mall.
Apart from owning and renting apartments in Beau Monde Towers, Ranveer and Deepika also own a premium apartment in Bandra. They are also the owners of a 2.25 acre bungalow in Alibaug, a coastal retreat known for its clean beaches and lovely weather. The Pathaan actress also owns a sea-facing quadruplex worth Rs 119 crore near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. The couple had made the purchase sometime in 2022.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed their first child, a daughter, on September 8. The couple tied the knot in 2018 after dating for five years since their film Ram Leela (2013). On Diwali, they revealed their daughter’s name: Dua Padukone Singh.
