Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor recently made an appearance on his cousin and actor Kareena Kapoor’s chat show, What Women Want Season 4. During their interaction, Kareena asked him whether he himself has been a ‘makkaar’ in his romantic relationships, and addressed their own status as industry’s ‘gossipmongers’.

Ranbir admitted that he might have been a makkaar somewhere in his past relationships without consciously planning to be so, and said, “Maine kiya hua hai ye, but as you get older you realise the more honest and open you are with your partner, the relationship becomes deeper and more meaningful.”

Later, Kareena and Ranbir discussed who should be tagged as the ‘gossipmonger’ of the Kapoor Khandaan. Both of them admitted that they are not like that, and are just very curious about the happenings of the industry, adding, “You and me have this bad reputation because of Karan Johar, because he began feeling lonely and used our names. But we are just fans, we just want to know what is happening in the industry. I think from the family, it is Reema bua.”

Ranbir Kapoor graced Kareena Kapoor’s chat show to promote his latest release Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. The Luv Ranjan directorial, also starring Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role, released this Holi, and has been performing decently at the box office.
