Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt headed out for a family night on Fridays as the Kapoors and Bhatts gathered to celebrate the birthday of Alia’s mother Soni Razdan. Neetu Kapoor, Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, and Shaheen Bhatt, were also a part of the celebrations and the paparazzi was around to click the filmy family. However, Ranbir appeared to be losing his temper at one of the photographers who was in their way.
In the video, Ranbir and Alia, can be seen exiting the venue where the photographers surrounded them. Ranbir escorted Alia to the car but as he got close to the car, he got visibly mad at one of the photographers and pulled him aside with his arm before getting in his car. He can be heard angrily saying, “Kya kar rahe ho aap log? Kya kar rahe hai? Idhar aao (What are you doing? Come here)” as he pulls the photographer away from the car and gives him a stare. The photographer can then be heard apologising.
Fans of the stars on social media filled the comments section with their support and spoke about paparazzi invading personal space of the celebrities. “They make celebrities life hell and when they misbehave with them, they start name calling celebrities. Paps should not get too much into their personal space. Do whatever you want to from certain distance,” wrote one user while another wrote, “Why papz have to be in their face not one or two so many….yes they are celebrities but humans as well. They do give papz time as well.”
Others pointed out that Alia Bhatt looked relatively sad here. A fan wrote, “She didn’t seem her usual self. I hope everything’s alright and she’s not going through anything tough.” “She is sad”, commented another user.
This was Alia Bhatt’s first outing after hitting out at clickbait culture after reports and videos of her allegedly going through a botched cosmetic procedure circulated online. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Alia Bhatt wrote on Friday, “This is beyond ridiculous! To the random video floating around literally claiming I have had botox gone wrong (and to the numerous clickbait articles)-I have a ‘crooked smile’ and a ‘weird way of speaking,’ according to YOU. This is your hypercritical, microscopic judgement of a human face. These are SERIOUS claims being casually thrown out there with zero proof, no confirmation, and absolutely nothing to back it up.”
