Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chaddha kick-start wedding celebrations, first photos from ardas and kirtan emerge

Parineeti recently flew out of Mumbai to Delhi for her wedding. The actor was seen wearing a cap which had letter ‘R’ embroidered on it. Parineeti’s house in Mumbai was also lit up ahead of the wedding. Raghav’s family has also bee busy with the wedding prep and his house has been decorated ahead of their wedding too. The Chopra and Chadha families are now enjoying the couple’s pre-wedding festivities together as Parineeti, Raghav, and their families are currently in Delhi. The two families have also organised a Chopra vs Chadha cricket match as part of the festivities because they are ardent cricket fans.

Parineeti and Raghav’s wedding functions will be a royal affair in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The celebrity couple will have all their wedding rituals at The Leela Palace, starting from September 23 to 24. Parineeti’s Chura ceremony will take place on Saturday morning, followed by haldi and mehendi. The couple is then expected to dance away the evening in the 90’s theme Bollywood sangeet night.

Parineeti’s cousin, Priyanka Chopra, who attened her engagement in Kapurthala in May, is also expected to be a part of her wedding festivities. However, Priyanka’s husband, singer Nick Jonas might not be able to attend her wedding as he is currently touring for the Jonas Brothers concert in the US.

On September 24, the couple will have an afternoon wedding and the two of them and their guests will be dressed in the shades of pearls and whites. After the wedding the newly married couple will meet their guests at the reception at the same venue.

Parineeti and Raghav will host a formal reception for Raghav’s colleagues and friends, which will see several politicians in attendance along with Parineeti’s family friends from the fraterity.
