Parineeti Chopra, who got engaged to AAP politician Raghav Chadha in May, is enjoying her engagement. The actor is reportedly getting married in October and is showered with best wishes wherever she goes.
Recently, the soon-to-be bride had a brief encounter with the paparazzi as she stepped into an elevator. While showering best wishes on her, one of the photographers asked her to invite them to her wedding. The actor, who was seemingly overwhelmed by the request, gave a broad smile and a nod in response. When another paparazzo asked, “How’s married life?” Chopra responded saying, “I’m not married yet.”
A month ago, the actor, who had never spoken about her love story with Raghav, took to social media to share how one breakfast with Raghav made her realise that he was the one for her. “The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home,” the actor noted while sharing a series of photos from her engagement ceremony.
Meanwhile, in another Instagram post, Chadha noted, “And one fine day, this beautiful girl entered my life, adding a colourful dash of smiles, laughter and sparkle to brighten it up, and whose gentle, reassuring embrace promised eternal love and support.”
“No wonder our engagement was such a happy occasion where tears of joy, laughter, happiness and merry dancing brought our loved ones even closer – quintessentially the Punjabi way,” he added.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha maintained secrecy around their relationship until the day of their engagement.
