Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra took to her Instagram handle and posted a video of her singing the song Tu Jhoom. The song from Coke Studio season 14 was released in 2022 and was crooned by Pakistani singers Naseebo Lal and Abida Parveen. Parineeti’s singing skills were praised by Simi Garewal, Anupam Kher and other Bollywood celebrities.
Sharing the video, she wrote in the caption, “Sometimes the best moments happen spontaneously. Went to a dubbing studio and couldn’t resist the urge to sing one of my all time favourite songs… Pure joy!” Simi wrote in the comments section, “Superb!! I wish I could sing like this!!” Anupam said, “Beautiful.” Guneet Monga and Shivang Chopra dropped red heart emoticons.
Parineeti recently got engaged to politician Raghav Chadha in an intimate ceremony in New Delhi. The actor announced the news via social media and also dropped adorable pictures with Raghav. She recently opened up about her love story and had said, “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew – I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy.”
She added, “He is my home. Our engagement party was like living a dream – a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing! As we hugged those we loved dearest and celebrated with them, emotions overflowed. As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairytale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined.”
On the work front, Parineeti will next be seen in the film Chamkila alongside Diljit Dosanjh.
