Navya Naveli is asked if Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek will appear on her podcast: ‘Would like to have guests outside the family’

The second season of Navya Naveli Nanda’s podcast, What The Hell Navya, dropped in February and since then fans have been curious if other members of the family would make an appearance on the show, where the Gen Z entrepreneur is joined by mother, Shweta Bachchan, and grandmother, Jaya Bachchan. During a recent conversation with Zoom, the 26-year-old, when asked if her grandfather Amitabh Bachchan, mamu (uncle) Abhishek Bachchan or aunt Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would join her on the show, said, “Hopefully, we will have a season three and I would like to have guests outside the family.”

In one of the earlier episodes, Navya’s brother, actor Agastya Nanda, made an appearance and spoke about masculinity and mental health. When Navya dropped the promo of the episode on social media, fans started speculating if Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would also appear as a guest on her podcast. Commenting on the post, fans said, “I want to see Aishwarya in the podcast,” while another stated, “If Aishwarya comes it’s a win.” One viewer requested, “Need Ash on the show, please.”

She continued, “It would be a lot of fun if they (professionals from different fields) come on the show. Maybe a scientist who talks about what science means to them, what inventions they’ve made etc. Their perspective on various things discussed during the podcast would be a great way for nani, mom and me to gain knowledge about a lot of things.” She further added that she is a huge fan of cricketer Deepti Sharma and would like to invite her to What The Hell Navya. “She is incredible and I would love to have her on the show!” she added.

Last month, while speaking with News18 Showsha when asked if her grandfather, Amitabh or mamu, Abhishek would ever make “special appearances,” Navya, answered,” That’s a whole other podcast itself (laugh). I don’t know if we are deserving of his presence on our show. But ya sure, maybe one day as a special appearance.”

Recently, when Navya shared Holi photos of Amitabh Bachchan smeared in colours and Jaya Bachchan playing with pichkari while she sat on her mother, Shweta’s lap, the internet got curious about Aishwarya and Aaradhya Bachchan‘s absence. “Where’s Aishwarya and Aaradhya?” many wrote in the comment section of Navya’s post. The Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam actor was later seen playing with colours with Abhishek and daughter Aaradhya in a series of Instagram photos posted by the Yuva actor.
