IIFA awards 2014, also known as Bollywood Oscars were held for the first time in US – Tampa Bay and the main attraction of the show besides the Bollywood celebs off course was the presence of Hollywood A-listers Kevin Spacey and John Travolta.
John and Kevin impressed one and all with their Bollywood style latkas and jhatkas. Besides this, the event also saw power packed performances by B-town elites – such as Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra among others and hilarious gigs by hosts Shahid Kapoor and Frahan Akhtar.
The event also saw innumerable selfies, which are the flavour of the season ever since the record breaking selfie by Oscars 2014 host Ellen DeGeneres.

Apart from the celebrity selfies on the green carpet (much like that at the Screen Awards held in January), host Shahid Kapoor posted a group selfie, which had a common element with that of Ellen DeGeneres’ selfie – Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey.
Shahid’s selfie, which was taken moments after Shatrughan Sinha received his Lifetime Achievement Award, also included Shatrughan Sinha, his actress daughter Sonakshi, son Luv Sinha, Anil Kapoor and Shahid’s co-host Farhan Akhtar.

Actor Kevin Spacey was also a part of Ellen DeGeneres’ selfie which also had Hollywood A-listers like Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence among others.
Ellen’s selfie had crashed Twitter after receiving a whopping 1,575,545 retweets and 747,963 favorites in nearly 2 hours of posting the picture.
