Karan Johar’s son Yash says he wants to be a rockstar, shares his take on filmmaker’s hairstyle: ‘Dad has the worst hairstyle’

Karan Johar posted another fun video of his children on his social media handle, where his son takes the limelight.

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s videos with his children Yash and Roohi get a lot of love from his fans. The young Johars often have some interesting observations that their father captures on camera. In the latest video, Karan’s son Yash Johar expresses his desire to colour his hair blue and have a mohawk hairstyle, but as Karan ridicules it, the kind turns into his father’s hairstyle critic.

In the video posted by Karan on his Instagram account, when Karan asks Yash what he wants to do for a certain upcoming performance, Yash says, “I want to do spiked hair like that, and I also want to put blue colour.” Karan repeated his words and asked, “You want to look like a rockstar?” To which Yash innocently answered, “Yeah!”

Then Karan asks Yash if he thinks he is a rockstar, to which the child says with a serious expression, “Not now.” Karan teases his son by saying, “God forbid because you don’t know how to sing.”

Yash then turns the spotlight on his father and says, “I have news. Da Da has the worst hair.” He then points at the painting in Karan’s background and says the filmmaker should go bald like the person in it. However, Karan doesn’t turn the camera to show who it is, claiming that it can be offensive.

Karan captioned the video, “My hair apparent! #critiquesathome”

The comments section of the post was filled with messages from Karan Johar’s friends and fans. While Shanoo Sharma commented, “Blue hair is cool ok”, Huma Qureshi wrote, “Adorable. awwww”. Maheep Kapoor posted, “Too damn cute”.

Karan welcomed Yash and Roohi in 2017 via surrogacy. He co-parents the kids with his mother Hiroo Johar.
