Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma’s Bollywood debut ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ has hit the right chord with the audience and it has earned Rs 28.81 cr in the opening weekend. The Abbas-Mustan directorial collected a whopping Rs 18.75 cr until Saturday (September 27).

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the details of the collections.
“Kapil’s mass hysteria has certainly created soaring high numbers at the box office. It is a boost for an actor who makes his onscreen debut,” said the spokesperson of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’, which released on Friday on Eid. The romantic comedy also stars Arbaaz Khan, Elli Evram, Supriya Pathak, Varun Sharma, Manjari Phadnis, Simran Kaur Mundi and Sai Lokur.
Kapil, who gave stand-up comedy on Indian TV a new lease of life, has, thus struck gold on the big screen. ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ opened to a good figure of Rs 10.15 cr on Friday (September 25).
With positive word of mouth publicity and no big release alongside, the collection of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ increased over the weekend. The movie has now become one of the highest grossers by a debutant.
