Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda starrer Jaat's teaser is out

Sunny Deol made his massive comeback with Anil Sharma’s 2023 hit film Gadar 2. Now, the actor’s next film Jaat’s teaser has been released. Directed by Telugu director Gopichand Malineni, the movie is a high octane action entertainer. The entire teaser is focused on Sunny, who plays the lead role as Jaat. Before the official release on Friday, the teaser of Jaat was also screened ahead of Sukumar’s Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule at the theatres on December 5, with paid premieres.

The teaser of Jaat is a one-minute-and-30-seconds-long video and is packed with powerful action scenes. The video starts with building an introduction of Sunny’s character, the protagonist, which has a fearsome image. Initially, he is also seen with his hands and legs bound in chains. It looks like Sunny Deol is back in form, holding a massive fan to kill enemies, instead of a handpump. He finds his adversary in Randeep Hooda and the teaser goes on to deliver commercial emotional touches. It also suggests Sunny’s huge face-off with Randeep.

Jaat will hit the theatres in April 2025. The release date of the film will be announced later. Besides Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda, the movie also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher and Regina Cassandra in pivotal roles. Jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, Jaat’s music is composed by Thaman, cinematography by Rishi Punjabi and editing by Naveen Nooli, which is being lauded by fans. The pan-India film will be showcased on more than 12,500 screens globally during its launch.

Meanwhile, Sunny Deol has many other projects lined up for 2025. He is set to feature in the historical drama Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Moreover, he will be seen in Border 2, a sequel to the iconic war movie.
